Q: I never ordered flowers over the Internet before how will I know that the flowers will arrive and will they be fresh for my event?
A: This is new for lots of people, and the best thing is to order something from the "buy from the bunch" the minimum is $75, and you can test how it works to gain confidence 

Q: Can I get Flowers for the Same Week?
A: Yes, Now we can also send flowers for the same week, just call  1-888-545-5516 and ask for this service.

Q: Who can buy?
A: Any body can buy online from us without a Tax # or Business License. You just need a debit or credit card or Google account .

Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: The minimum order is one box. However if you "Buy by the Bunch" the minimum order is $75.

Q: What days do you deliver?
A: We make deliveries Four days a week, on TUESDAY thru FRIDAY and now in most zips SATURDAY.

Q: Why is working with Flower4Vases better than working with my wholesaler or floral providers?
A: Flowers4Vases is a flower broker, meaning the products you receive come direct from the growers to you. Our products are never warehoused. Each order is individually processed and packed at the farm level according to your specifications. Flowers purchased from your Wholesaler or your floral provider can be up to 10 days old !!! Flowers from Flowers4Vases are delivered to your door within 2 days of being cut!

Q: How will my flowers arrive?
A: The flowers you order from Flowers4Vases in specialized carton boxes designed for the transportation of flowers, this is to prevent the flowers becoming squashed or damaged during transport. Selling direct allows us to sell large quantities of beautiful flowers at great prices.

Q: How much time in advance do I have to place the order?
A: You have to make the order 3-14 days in advance of your delivery day. With the availabilities of certain products during certain times of the year, it is recommended that you do place the order early so that we can insure your product will be purchased in advance, but not delivered till the date you choose.

Q: What happens if the flower color that I select is not available?
A: We will contact you and offer the option to select a second color or another product of your choice.

Q: What can I do to prolong the life of my flowers?
A: Flower life can be enhanced by following our flower care guidelines found in the Flower Care section on this website, however keeping the water fresh is more important.

Q: How do I know that my order has been received?
A: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order, as well as a receipt for the products purchased from Google Checkout.

Q: Is my email address and billing information kept private?
A: Your email address and billing information are only used to process your order. We do not sell or share email addresses or personal information with any other company.   
                              
Q: Where do you Ship the flowers?
A: At the present time we can ship to All USA, US includes (Alaska and Hawaii) AND Canada.

Q: How soon can I place my order?
A: We are currently accepting orders up to any day in advance; we do ask that when you place your order you do so at least 3-21 days prior to your desired delivery date (more time is always appreciated). Unusual flowers and colors at least 14 days.

Q: What kind of guarantee and return policy do you extend to customers?
A: We do guarantee all products quality and will credit your account for whatever arrives that is bad.

Q: How soon before my event should I schedule my flowers to arrive?
A: We highly recommend that you schedule your flowers to arrive two (3-5) days prior to your event. This will allow sufficient time for the flowers to open. However if the item your picking is unusual then you should allow more time.

Q: Do you sell by the bunch?
A: Yes now we do, see the category "Buy by the Bunch", and remember there is a minimum order of $75.  

Q: When do I pay for my flowers?
A: When you make the order by Internet you pay by using Google(secured checkout) by credit card or debit card. You can also mail a check to the address below.

A: No, the amount on the site is the final price.

Q: Is the product I see listed on the web sitting in a warehouse somewhere?
A: No, our sophisticated logistics system means that your purchases can be made on the web even though the flowers are still planted.

Q: Do I have to pay any shipping fees to the driver or the agent at the airport?
A: No, the price that you pay has all shipping and duties included.

Q: After buying at a certain price, will the invoice price ever increase for that purchase? Is my price confirmed and honored?
A: The price you see when you make your selection is the price we invoice and that is what you pay.

Q: Which currency do I use to pay?
A: The currency of the country where you do business.

Q: How do I track my shipment?
A: We send you a email confirming your purchase and a FedEx tracking number to track your order. With that number you can click on it and it will tell you where your box(es) are.
